Konto und Daten löschen
Diese Seite gilt für die App Flaï Surf (Anbieter: Oliver Hirzel, s. Impressum). Du kannst dein Konto jederzeit selbst löschen – ohne Rückfrage, ohne Wartezeit.
Weg 1: direkt in der App
App öffnen → Menü (☰) → Profil → Konto löschen → bestätigen.
Die Löschung läuft sofort und vollständig durch. Du wirst danach automatisch abgemeldet.
Weg 2: per E-Mail
Du hast die App nicht mehr installiert oder kommst nicht mehr in dein Konto? Schreib uns von der Adresse, mit der du dich registriert hast, an flaisurf@gmail.com mit dem Betreff „Konto löschen". Wir löschen das Konto innerhalb von 30 Tagen und bestätigen dir die Löschung.
Einzelne Daten löschen – ohne das Konto zu löschen
Du musst nicht dein ganzes Konto aufgeben, um einzelne Daten loszuwerden. Alle folgenden Schritte wirken sofort und endgültig:
- Einzelne Session: im Reiter „Sessions" die Karte nach links wischen und auf den Mülleimer tippen – oder die Session öffnen und unten auf „Session löschen". Mit gelöscht werden der GPS-Track, die Herzfrequenz und die veröffentlichte Kopie in der Community-Ansicht.
- Einzelner Spot: in der Spot-Liste die Karte nach links wischen und löschen. Deine persönlichen Einstellungen zu diesem Spot verschwinden mit.
- Alle veröffentlichten Sessions auf einmal: Menü (☰) → Profil → Schalter „Sessions teilen" ausschalten. Das löscht sämtliche Community-Kopien deiner Sessions und dein öffentliches Profil; deine privaten Aufzeichnungen bleiben erhalten.
- Chatverlauf mit dem Support: im Feedback-Dialog auf „Verlauf löschen" – der Verlauf verschwindet auch bei uns, nicht nur in deiner Ansicht.
- Notfallkontakt: im Dialog „Notfall-Kontakte" über das ✕ neben dem Namen. Die Verbindung wird auf beiden Seiten aufgelöst.
Was dabei bleibt: dein Konto mit E-Mail-Adresse und Einstellungen sowie deine Beiträge zum Spot-Katalog (s. „Was erhalten bleibt"). Möchtest du andere einzelne Daten gelöscht haben, schreib uns von deiner registrierten Adresse an flaisurf@gmail.com – wir erledigen das innerhalb von 30 Tagen.
Was gelöscht wird
- dein Zugang (E-Mail-Adresse, Passwort bzw. Google-Verknüpfung)
- dein Profil: Nickname, Profilbild, Nationalität, Heimatort, Körpergewicht, Können
- deine Spots und persönlichen Einstellungen
- alle deine Sessions samt GPS-Track, Herzfrequenz und Sprüngen – auch die veröffentlichten Kopien in der Community-Ansicht
- deine Live-Position und deine ausgelösten Notfall-Meldungen
- deine Chats (auch beim jeweiligen Gegenüber) und deine Buddy-Verbindungen
- deine Buddy-Planungen („Ich bin dabei") samt deinen Nachrichten im Spot-Gruppenchat
- dein Chatverlauf mit dem Support
- die Fehlermeldungen, die die App unter deinem Konto gesendet hat
- deine Geräte-Registrierungen für Push-Benachrichtigungen und für die Smartwatch
Was erhalten bleibt
Beiträge zum Spot-Katalog bleiben bestehen – also von dir vorgeschlagene oder korrigierte Spots und deine Kommentare zu Spots. Diese Angaben beschreiben Orte, nicht dich, und andere Nutzerinnen und Nutzer bauen darauf auf. Wenn du möchtest, dass auch diese Einträge entfernt oder von deinem Namen getrennt werden, schreib uns – wir erledigen das auf Anfrage.
Unabhängig von einer Kontolöschung speichern wir Fehlermeldungen der App höchstens 90 Tage; danach werden sie automatisch gelöscht.
Aufbewahrungsfristen
Über die oben genannten Fälle hinaus bewahren wir nach der Löschung nichts auf. Es gibt keine „Karenzzeit", in der dein Konto wiederhergestellt werden könnte – eine Löschung ist endgültig.

Delete your account (English)

In the app
Open the app → menu (☰) → Profile → Delete account → confirm. Deletion runs immediately and cannot be undone.
By email
No longer have the app installed? Email flaisurf@gmail.com from your registered address with the subject “Delete account”. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm once it is done.
Deleting individual data — without deleting your account
You do not have to give up your whole account to remove individual data. Each step below takes effect immediately and permanently:
- A single session: in the Sessions tab, swipe the card left and tap the bin — or open the session and tap “Delete session”. This also removes the GPS track, the heart rate data and the published copy in the community view.
- A single spot: swipe the card left in the spot list and delete it. Your personal settings for that spot go with it.
- All published sessions at once: menu (☰) → Profile → turn off “Share sessions”. This deletes every community copy of your sessions and your public profile; your private recordings are kept.
- Support chat history: tap “Delete conversation” in the feedback dialog — it is removed on our side too, not just from your view.
- An emergency contact: tap the ✕ next to the name in the “Emergency contacts” dialog. The link is dissolved on both sides.
What stays: your account with its email address and settings, and your contributions to the spot catalogue (see “What is kept”). For any other individual data, email us from your registered address at flaisurf@gmail.com and we will handle it within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your login, profile (nickname, photo, nationality, home town, body weight, skill level), your spots and settings, all sessions including GPS tracks, heart rate and jumps — including the published community copies — your live position, emergency alerts you triggered, your chats (also on the other person’s side), buddy connections, your buddy plans (“I'm in”) with your messages in the spot group chat, your support chat history, the error reports the app sent under your account, and your device registrations for push notifications and smartwatch.
What is kept
Contributions to the spot catalogue (spots you proposed or corrected, and your spot comments) remain, because they describe places rather than you and other users rely on them. Ask us and we will remove them or detach them from your name. Independently of account deletion, app error reports are kept for at most 90 days and then deleted automatically.
